Digital Library
In developed societies, A library is considered as a backbone of learning and research. The Agricultural University’s Library is the largest library of the NWFP province due to its collection of unique, rare and a vast verity of books. In this era where every thing has changed it structure and has gone through an evolution of Information Technology, conventional libraries also need to be updated. The Agricultural University’s Library was also amongst those universities who have provided access to the digital Library to its faculty members and students. Currently the university has access to One million online books, 23000 research journal and 1800 research papers, JCR Science Edition contains data from over 5,900 journals in science and technology and JCR Social Sciences Edition contains data from over 1,700 journals in the social sciences. The Digital Library is available throughout the university network in Libraries, Class Rooms, Labs Conference Rooms, Auditorium and offices.
Apart from the offices, the university’s administration has established 02 separate computer labs in the central Library, both for Male Students and Female Students. These labs are fully dedicated to the students of the University for their Research Work. Besides students and faculty members have also access to Digital Library in Institute of Business, Management & Computer Sciences.
