Notification

Make up Exam

It is notified for the information of all Undergraduate degree program , who have failed their subjects irrespective of Spring/Fall semester to apply for Make up examinations, subject to the condition that no student will be allowed without registration and 75% attendance in the respective semester(s) up to 30-05-2025.

Furthermore, the 57th Academic Council held on 17-01-2025 recommended one time extension to the time barred students who remained bonafide student of the Session 2018-2022 at under graduate level with penalty of Rs.1000/- per month for a period over and above the maximum duration to complete their degree requirements in spring semester 2025 to submit make up form irrespective of Spring/Fall semester up to 30-05-2025.

Students of Agriculture, DVM and Biotechnology shall submit their examination form to the teachers concerned while students of FMCS shall  submit their examination form to sectional heads along with a fee of Rs.2000/ per subject.

NOTE:

1. No form will be entertained beyond 30-05-2025.
2. Attach Two latest attested photographs with the examination form.
3. Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester(s) applied for, must be attached with the exam form.
4. Attach original receipt of Rs.2000/- per subject.
5. All Chairpersons/Directors Institutes/Principal College of Veterinary Sciences (CVS) and Director AMK campus are requester to arrange Make up exams after final term examinations and submit the result to the Secrecy/Examination Section as per University rules. Moreover, it will be ensured to submit result of the session 2018-2022 up to 30-06-2025 as per Syndicate Approval.
6. No result(s) will be accepted in secrecy/examination section after due date.
