One time extension to the time barred students of all undergraduate degree programs to submit form for their fail papers upto 30-09-2025.

Notification
The Syndicate in its 127th meeting held on 22/06/2025 vide item No.4, approved the recommendation of 58th Academic Council regarding one time extension to the time barred students of all undergraduate degree programs for the sessions 2015-2018, 2016-2019, 2016-2020, 2017-2020 and 2017-2021 four degree programs and 2014-2018, 2015-2019, 2016-2020, 2017-2021 and 2017-2022 of DVM degree programs.
It is notified for the information of the time barred students to submit form for their fail papers upto 30 September, 2025.
“The time barred students who are recommended for grant of one time extension, shall be charged Rs.2000/- per month for the period over and above the maximum time duration (six years) required for completion of their degrees requirements. In addition the concerned time barred students shall also be charged Rs.4000/- per paper for appearing in the examination and Rs.5000/-for submission of project / internship report”
The Syndicate also decided that the Controller of Examination will make arrangements for the examinations in Fall Semester 2025 irrespective of semester (Spring/Fall) for the time barred students of the mentioned sessions who remained bonafide/registered in their respective semester as per policy”
NOTE:
- No form will be entertained beyond 30/09/2025
- No form will be accepted without the signature of concerned account session
- Attached two latest attested photos with the examination form.
- Copy of the DMC(s) showing failed subjects of the semester(s) applied for must be attached with the examination form.
- Agriculture students to submit forms to concerned teachers and FMCS students should submit to Sectional Heads.
- Attached original receipt of Rs.4000/- per subject.
- All Chairpersons / Directors Institutes and Director AMK campus are requested to arrange exams for time barred students upto 20th October 2025and submit results to the Secrecy / Examinations Section as per University rule
