NOTICE INVITING TENDER THROUGH EPADS

The University of Agriculture Peshawar, KPK invites bids through EPADS on MRS-2024 (bi-annual) from Companies having on single-stage two envelope procedure, valid NTN /Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, AEDB, KPRA and Sales Tax as per below details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specification and requirement etc. are available for bidders on E-PADS at https://www.kp.eproure.gov.pk, KPPRA https://www.kppra.gov.pk  and University Website https://www.aup.edu.pk (Link below)
2. Technical and financial bids should be submitted through (EPADS) latest by 26.09.2025 at 02:00 pm along with bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of bank draft/call deposit in the favor of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar.
3. In case of bid more than 10% below, the bidders shall submit additional bid security in light of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22 date may 10, 2022 which is available in KPPRA website.
4. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled to be held on 19.09.2025 at 02:00 pm in the office of undersigned.
5. CDR, bid fee receipt (Rs.3000/-) in account “(PK23NBPA0388004151114466) University Campus Branch, Peshawar”, affidavit for non-blocklisting, all products brands and after sale service (minimum 02 Years) (in original) shall be submitted to the office of the undersigned before closing date.
