NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders are invited from the eligible firms/ bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 for the following works on or before 13/05/2025 at 01:30 pm to the office of Project Director, TDC at the University of Agriculture Peshawar through Courier Service. The tenders will be opened on the same date at 02:00 pm in the presence of Contractors/Supplier or their authorized representative.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Tender Forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of mentioning against each during office hours up to 12/05/2025.
- Tenders duly filled in accompanied with 2% earnest money in shape of Call Deposit in the name of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture Peshawar issued from any schedule Bank of Pakistan. No tender will be entertained for competition without accompany of call deposit.
- For Serial-01 Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), valid AEDB, NTN, KPRA and CNIC copy must be attached with bid.
- For serial No-02 & 03 Registration with NTN, Sale Tax, KPRA and CNIC copy must be attached with bid.
- Tenders and copy of Call Deposit received through fax or by hand will not be acceptable.
- Incomplete / conditional bids shall not be acceptable.
- All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
- No premium will be admissible on Non Schedule item.
- The Bidder will be liberty to enquire about any information from the office of undersigned on any working before tender closing date.
- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid by assigning cogent reason(s).
