Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following one position, under National Research Program for Universities - Higher Education Commission Project No. 20-16729/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2021-2021, with the following terms and conditions.
Project Duties:
Candidate having relevant education and good working experience related to Plant Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering/Plant Molecular Biology are encouraged to apply. Duties and responsibilities include assisting P.I & Co-PI for project work, working in both field and lab including Samples collection, Field trials, travelling to project sites, Biochemical/Molecular analyses, preparing project reports & international publications, writing new proposals, Presenting data and teaching assignments etc.

| 1. | Research Assistant / MPhil student (01) | The eligible candidates should have strong academic background with 1st class or CGPA 3.0 in BS (4- Years Degree) & M.Phil. in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering from an HEC recognized University. The candidates are required to possess at least two first divisions (one in MPhil/B.Sc. (Hons) and no third division in the academic career. Students already enrolled in MPhil degree in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering will be given preference. |
Project information/ Contract duration:
The project duration is 36 months. The above position is purely on temporary basis. The initial appointment will be for one year, which will be extended based on the satisfactory performance of the applicant and availability of the funds from donor Agency.

Applicants must come for interview along with original documents on March 26, 2024 at 11:00 am in the office of undersigned.
