AUCTION OF THE VEHICLES

Auction of the following Condemned vehicles at the University of Agriculture Peshawar will be held on 13.5.2025 under the KPPRA rules on the basis of “as is and where is basis” at the office of the Director Administration, The University of Agriculture Peshawar.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The auction will be held through sealed bids.
  2. Separate sealed bids for each vehicle with 10% Call deposit of each bid price should be submitted in sealed envelope in the name of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture Peshawar. Other terms and conditions of the auction will be attached with the auction documents, which can be obtained from the office of the Director Administration on any day during the office hours against non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- for each vehicle and any bid without CDR will not be entertained.
  3. All bids should reach by post on 13.5.2025 by 01:00 PM, and the bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of the committee and the bidders, who participate.
  4. Bid amount shall be considered without applicable taxes.
  5. All the vehicles to be auctioned as unserviceable and without any guarantee as per the KPPRA rules.
  6. The vehicles can be inspected during the office hours.
  7. The successful bidders will have to pay one-fourth of the total bid price on the spot and the remaining amount within three days after the approval of the competent authority.
  8. All Taxes etc will be paid by the successful bidders as per the prevailing law of the Government.
  9. The competent authority reserves the right to reject /accept any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof as per KPPRA rules.
  10. In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, one-fourth of the amount paid will be forfeited to the University.
