As GAT-General test was held on 05-08-2012, and result is expected on 12-08-2012. It is notified for the information of all concerned that fresh admission in M.Sc (Hons) / M. Phil / MS and PhD (Fall Semester 2012) will start as per programme given below:

All Chairmen are requested to Schedule meeting of Departmental Admission committee.
(Regulation 2- "2.1, 2.2, 2.3") and ( Regulation 3- "3.1,3.5,3.12") comprising the following:
2.1. The admission to all programs shall be processed by the Departmental Scrutiny Committee (DSC) and Faculty Admission Committee (FAC) as per program notified by the DASR.
2.2. Departmental Scrutiny Committee shall be nominated by the concerned head of the Department/Institute comprising atleast two Faculty Members.
2.3. Faculty Admission Committee:(FAC)
Admission shall be granted through the following admission committee on date(s) to be notified by the DASR.
- Dean of the Faculty Convener
- Chairman / Director Member
- Two senior Teachers to be nominated by the Chairman of the department/Member
- Director of the InstituteMember
- DASR Member
