It is notified for the information of all those students who submitted application form of Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Program for the year 2021 are advised to submit the following documents if missing at the earliest otherwise they would not be called for interview:

CNIC or Form B (Self)
CNIC of Father & Mother
Bonafide Certificate.
Attested copies of Matric & F.Sc., Domicile
Disability Certificate (if any).
Death Certificate of Father & Mother (in case of orphan).
Income Certificate for private
Salary slips in case of parent's govt. employee.
Bank Statement in case of Father/Mother retired
Utility bills (Gas, ectircity, water, PTCL).
Rent Agreement (if living on rent)
House pictures (must be clear)
Admission Fee slips
Medical bills (if any)
Pasport Size Pictures

Further those students who have not submitted hard copy of application form are once again advised to submit on or before 28/02/2022 in room no. 10 scholarship office Near Main Hall University of Agriculture, Peshawar.
