Purchase of 35 NOs of different stationery items for university main Store.

Sealed Tenders on item rate are invited from the registered firms (income tax / Sale tax) for the purchase of purchase of 35 NOs of different stationery items for university main Store.
Tender form, samples of papers, specification, terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.500/- as tender form fee (non refundable).
Bids along with 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in favour of Director Finance should reach by post to the undersigned on or before
28/03/2016 up-to 10:45 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in WAMA Committee room in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.
As per Section-47 of procurement rules 2014 the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bids documents can also be downloaded from the link below but cost of tender form will have to be paid in the shape of cash or bank draft in favour of Director Finance.
