Sealed tenders on item rate are invited from reputable firms duly registered (income tax/ sale tax) for the purchase of different items are required under HEC Project.

Tender form, specification, terms & condition and sample may be obtain from the office of undersigned on payment of Rs/:- 1000 as tender form fee (non refundable).
Bids along with 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in favour of Director Finance should reach by post to the undersigned on or before 23/11/2015 up to 10:30 AM, which will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in WAMA committee room in the presence of the bidders.
As per section 47 of KPPRA rules 2014 the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bids documents can also be downloaded from the link below but cost of tender form will have to be paid in shape of bank draft in favour of Director Finance. As per Government notification the bidder should be on ATL list of FBR.
