Sealed Tenders on item rate are invited for the Department of Climate Change from the registered firms (income tax / Sale tax) for the purchase of (1) Computers Desktop Branded, Laptop, Multimedia Projector, DSLR Camera, Laser Jet Printer, GPS Device Tender fee 1000/- (2) Split Air conditioners Tender fee 500/- (3) Furniture: Wooden Almerah, Files Cabinets, Stools, Office Tables, Office Chairs Tender fee 500/-
Tender form, specification, terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
Bids along with 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in favour of Director Finance should reach by post to the undersigned on or before 28/03/2016 up-to 10:45 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in WAMA Committee room in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.
As per Section-47 of procurement rules 2014 the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bids documents can be downloaded from university website www.aup.edu.pk, but cost of tender form will have to be paid in the shape of cash or bank draft in favour of Director Finance. Supplier should be at ATL of FBR, if applicable.
