Re-Tender Notice

PURCHASE OF RESEARCH EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE MECHANIZATION

Sealed Tenders on item rate are invited for the Department of Agriculture Mechanization from the registered firms (income tax/Sale tax) for the purchase of the following items.

(1). Flat Plat Solar Collector along with accessories.
(2) Parabolic Trough Solar Collector along with accessories.
(3) Sun Sensor Flagsol for collecting high heat from sun- Lux meter (hand held).
(4)Temperature and Humidity Data Logger System with accessories.
(5) Drying Chambers along with accessories.
(6) Digital Thermo-Anemometer (hand held).
(7) Digital Solar Radiation Recorder (Pyrano-meter).
(8) Computer.
(9) Printer.
(10) Digital camera.
(11) UPS plus battery.

Tender form, specification, terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Tender form fee Rs.500/- should be deposited in university account No.7450-7 at Habib Bank the University of Agriculture Branch Peshawar.
Bids along with 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in favour of Director Finance should reach by post to the undersigned on or before 12/07/2016 up-to 10:45 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the University Main Store in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.
As per Section-47 of procurement rules 2014 the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bids documents can be downloaded from university website www.aup.edu.pk, but cost of tender form will have to be paid in the shape of bank draft in favour of Director Finance. Supplier should be at ATL of FBR.
