Two Years Master Degree Programs, Session 2015-16

Applications for admission are invited for the following Self Support Educational Programs:
Programs Eligibility
MA (Economics) BA with Economics & Statistics/BA with Economics/B.Com.
MA (Rural Sociology) BA with one of the following subjects: Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Psychology, Philosophy, & Political Science.
M.Sc (Statistics) 1. BA/B.Sc. with Statistics & Mathematics
2. BA/B.Sc. with Statistics and having qualified intermediate examination with Mathematics
MBA (Executive) Applicants must have bachelor's degree (14 years education) plus 4 years managerial or professional experience.
Note: Classes of MBA (Executive) will be held on Saturday and Sunday of every week.

General Criteria:
CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) or 2nd Division with 45% marks under Annual System from HEC recognized Universities/Institutes.

Availability of admission forms and last date for submission
Online Admission Forms are available from October, 18, 2014 on university website http://admission.aup.edu.pk/

Application forms complete in all respects alongwith attested photocopies of the required documents and deposit slip of Rs.1000/- (in DF/recurring A/C#14870007450701) must reach to the Directorate of Advanced Studies & Research by
November 28, 2014.

General Instructions:
  1. For each discipline, separate application form is required.
  2. The following documents must be enclosed with application form:
    Three passport size recent photographs, attested copies of DMC's, Certificates and Degree of SSC, HSSC and BA/B.Sc., CNIC, Domicile Certificate and Medical fitness certificate (Preferably from University Medical Officer).
  3. Admitted students shall submit Migration certificate and affidavits within one month after fee deposit.
  4. Those applicants, whose results are awaited, can not apply.
  5. Original Documents must be presented at the time of interview.
  6. No separate intimation / interview call will be issued to the candidates.
  7. In-service candidates must have to apply through proper channel and have to produce NOC and leave certificate for completion of course work.
  8. Those candidates, who are not in-service, shall submit an affidavit duly signed and stamped by the Oath commissioner, showing that he/she is not employee of any department (public/private sector).
  9. Incomplete admission forms and forms received after due date shall NOT be entertained.
