Applications on prescribed Application Form, available on the link below or can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, UAP, are invited from following experienced/professional, well-qualified, dynamic and career oriented Pakistani citizens, for the project titled "Establishment of Technology Development Centre at the University of Agriculture Peshawar", purely on temporary basis.
The candidate should be the eminent professionals of known integrity and can demonstrate experience in improving governance and competence. The candidates will be offered, initially, one year contract, renewable for maximum period of 4-years (project period) subject to satisfactory performance and availability of fund.

1. Project Director

Pay upto Rs.250000/- per month lumpsum

Maximum Age upto 55 years on the closing date of application

Having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council
M.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University/Institution with 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Mega developmental projects in public or recognized/reputable firm/organization with no third division in the entire academic career. Preference shall be given to those having an additional qualification of MS in Project Management from HEC recognized University/ Institution.
OR
B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University/Institution with 17 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Mega developmental projects in public or recognized/ reputable firm/organization with no third division in the entire academic career. Preference shall be given to those having an additional qualification of MS in Project Management from HEC recognized University/ Institution.

Knowledge about PPRA and KPRRA rules will be considered as added advantage.
2. Accountant

Pay upto Rs.40000/- per month lumpsum

Maximum Age upto 50 years on the closing date of application

Experience only in public sector or recognized/reputable will be considered.
First Class MBA (Finance)/M.Com/BBA (Hons) (Finance) (16 years of education) with 5 years' post qualification relevant experience in project related expenses, reconciliations, payment of running bills, maintenance of record of all types of project documents with no third division in entire academic career.
OR
First Class B.Com (14 years of education) with 7 year's post qualification relevant experience in project related expenses, reconciliations, payment of running bills, maintenance of record of all types of project documents with no third division in entire academic career.

Knowledge about PPRA and KPRRA rules will be considered as added advantage.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. The Application Form must accompany the Bank Receipt or Demand Draft of RS.2500/- (Two thousand and five hundred only) for the post of Project Director and Rs.500/- (Five hundred only) for the post of Accountant, deposited in the University Main Account No.14870007450701, Habib Bank Limited Agriculture University Branch, Peshawar or Demand Draft in the name of Director Finance, UAP.
  2. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel. They must submit NOC from their concerned departments/organizations.
  3. Those who have already applied for the position at S.No.1 need not apply afresh.
  4. Attested copies of all degrees, certificates and diplomas or equivalent certificates regarding any credentials, medals/distinction certificates and years-wise detailed marks certificates, experience certificates should reach the undersigned on or before 10-05-2019 for Inland candidates and 15-05-2019 for those applying from aboard.
  5. Incomplete applications or received after the closing date, shall not be entertained.
  6. Only short-listed candidates, who meet the above criteria, shall be called for interview.
  7. All relevant documents would subject to verification from concerned organizations.
  8. Pay include all allowances and fringe benefits, however, pay is admissible to 5% annual increment as per PC-I.
  9. The University reserves the right to reject any or all the applications.
  10. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending interview.
